Events Officer
Role Description:

1. Help to plan and facilitate venue management, ticketing and catering

2. Communicate with key stakeholders as required

3. Assist at all WCP events

4. Attend and actively participate at meetings as required, providing ideas for future events

5. Collate post-event feedback for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Past events management experience preferred

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly professional, committed and motivated

  • Well-acquainted with the core aims of WCP

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to work within independently and in a team

  • Highly observant, significant attention to detail

Estimated time commitment:

4 -5 hours per week
